Mediation Fees
1 Hour - value of claim £5,000 or less
A fixed fee of £75 plus VAT is payable per party for telephone or video mediation online.
4 Hours- value of claim £15,000 -£50,000
A fixed fee of £445 plus VAT is payable per party for in person or video mediation online.
Any additional time is charged at £100 plus VAT per party per hour.
2 Hours- value of claim £5,000 or less
A fixed fee of £125 plus VAT is payable per party for telephone or video mediation online.
Full Day - value of claim £50,000 - £200,000
A fixed fee of £1200 plus VAT is payable per party for in person or video mediation online.
Any additional time is charged at £150 plus VAT per party per hour.
3 Hours- value of claim £5,000 -£15,000
A fixed fee of £320 plus VAT is payable per party for in person or video mediation online.
Full Day - value of claim £200,000 - £500,000
A fixed fee of £1500 plus VAT is payable per party for in person or video mediation online.
Any additional time is charged at £200 plus VAT per party per hour.
For claims valued at over £500,000 or claims where no value is quantified please contact us for a bespoke quote.
The above fees are for in person, telephone and video attendances. They do not include the following additional costs:

Preparation time exceeding two hours.

We can arrange room hire at our office location at Tower House Business Centre for an additional fee between £35 - £185 dependent upon time required.

Where accommodation and catering is required we can make arrangements for an additional administration fee plus the cost of venue and catering costs.

Hotel and travel costs if incurred can be discussed and agreed on booking.
